# An Ode To Roderick **Published by:** [(cryptoprittie)](https://paragraph.com/@cryptoprittie/) **Published on:** 2022-06-29 **URL:** https://paragraph.com/@cryptoprittie/an-ode-to-roderick ## Content How baffling it is, my love for thee; Proximity? Camaraderie? Netspi? For ‘tho the timeline travels weeks in days, The weeks we’ve shared are smaller still — mere hours. And still that speed cannot compare to this: mirror dot X Y Z slash chthonic’s. Where years of wisdom storm across the page Propelled by some ungodly eldritch power. How else can I explain Dear Roderick’s works? Surely no human in the universe Could prophesy our bonding with machines Within the time it takes for me to shower? And surely no true earthen-bound mere man Could have the self-awareness to ascend From ego-drenched shipwreck upon the sand To just a vessel, bro, in one weekend? But no; my love for thee is more than awe, It’s more than simultaneous creative cryo-thaws More pure than common int’rest, or a shared philosophy It’s just that I am Roderick, and Roderick is me. ## Publication Information - [(cryptoprittie)](https://paragraph.com/@cryptoprittie/): Publication homepage - [All Posts](https://paragraph.com/@cryptoprittie/): More posts from this publication - [RSS Feed](https://api.paragraph.com/blogs/rss/@cryptoprittie): Subscribe to updates
