The formula extrapolates potential rewards on an annual basis, based on the pool’s rewards from the last epoch. SLA Score: Higher SLA scores in an epoch result in higher rewards. This metric is viewable in each pool profile. Uptime: More time online in an epoch results in higher rewards. This metric is viewable in each pool profile. Commission: Lower node commissions result in higher rewards for delegators. Note that pool owners can modify their commissions periodically each epoch. Available stake allocation capacity: Unallocated stake does not generate rewards.根据官方文档和个人经验，主要根据SLA、Uptime、Commission选择池子。 其中，SLA（最高为1）和Uptime（最高为100%）越高越好，Commission（即佣金）越低越好，但一般来说低于35%都有卸磨杀驴的嫌疑（即先以低佣金吸引委托质押，再悄悄上调佣金，由于解除质押须等待10个自然日，对于委托质押者来说，会造成麻烦和损失）。 池子页面的APY是假设每周复投的年化收益率，有一定参考意义。操作步骤访问Forta Pools页面，点击右上角Connect Wallet连接钱包https://app.forta.network/pools?search=在当前页面选择一个池子，点进去在池子页面点击Delegate输入想委托质押的数量并Approve、确认（Approve需要一点时间，先别关闭这个弹窗）等待Approve完成点击Delegate并确认，等链上确认后即质押成功领取奖励每周二Forta项目方会发放上周奖励，须手动在”My Rewards”中Claim。
