# How to use Solidly and Solidex

Provide liquidity on Solidly
----------------------------

1/ Go on [Solidly](https://solidly.exchange/)

2/ Select **Liquididy**

3/ Choose a pool and click on **Manage**

4/Chose if you want to use the Stable or the Variable pool. Then indicate how many tokens you would like to deposit.

Here be careful ! you only want to deposit your tokens, you don't want to stake the LP tokens you will receive. In order to do this, click on **Advanced** and then select **Deposit LP**

4/ Well done ! Now you should have LP tokens on your wallet

Stake your LP tokens on Solidex
-------------------------------

1/ Go on [Solidex](https://solidexfinance.com/#/home)

2/ Select **Pool** and then find the pool you deposited in previously and click on **Manage**

3/ Click on **Manage**

4/ Click on Max, or indicate how many LP tokens you want to stake and press on **Approve** and **Deposit**
