# How to use Solidly and Solidex

There is 2 steps for this tutorial !Provide liquidity on Solidly1/ Go on Solidly2/ Select Liquididy3/ Choose a pool and click on Manage 4/Chose if you want to use the Stable or the Variable pool. Then indicate how many tokens you would like to deposit. Here be careful ! you only want to deposit your tokens, you don't want to stake the LP tokens you will receive. In order to do this, click on Advanced and then select Deposit LP4/ Well done ! Now you should have LP tokens on your walletStake your LP tokens on Solidex1/ Go on Solidex 2/ Select Pool and then find the pool you deposited in previously and click on Manage3/ Click on Manage 4/ Click on Max, or indicate how many LP tokens you want to stake and press on Approve and Deposit5/ Done !
