# Welcome to Ctrl By [Ctrl](https://paragraph.com/@ctrl-3) · 2023-12-01 --- Today we are proud to formally announce **Ctrl**, a new way for you to trade tokens. Ctrl leverages the intuitive user interface of a mobile application directly inside telegram. In this article we will present our first version of the Ctrl WebApp and our Token, CTRL. A new way to trade ------------------ Ctrl is your **all-in-one trading terminal** in Telegram. Ctrl stands out from typical trading bots. It's a comprehensive tool that offers more than the basics: The first element of Ctrl is the telegram bot. **Access it via direct message or integrate it into groups**. This action opens the full web application, where you can **trade directly within Telegram** or your group chat, without the need to switch platforms. It enables trading alongside others in Telegram groups. Additionally, **group owners who integrate Ctrl earn 25% of all trading fees** generated in their groups. Ctrl applies a 1% trading fee on all transactions. Simply [invite the bot](https://t.me/ctrl_app_bot) and execute the command **“/setup\_referral”** * **Revenue Share:** Earn 25% of the trading fees executed within your group or channel. Two staking options will be available : Stake CTRL to earn ETH and Stake CTRL to earn more CTRL (with auto-compounding). The CTRL Token is not inflationary and rewards are distributed weekly, requiring continuous staking throughout the week to receive the full reward. ### Tax Distribution CTRL implements a 5/5 buy and sell tax. * 40% of the buy/sell tax, or 2% of the token trading volume, is allocated to token stakers. * 20% of the B/S tax or 1% of the token trading volume will be used to increase the protocol's CTRL/WETH LP position. Our goal is to stay over a healthy 15% market cap / liquidity ratio. If this ever goes above we can chose to allocate those funds to either staking, funding marketing campaigns or development. * 40% of the B/S tax or 2% of the token trading volume will be used to fund the project. Those tokens will be distributed as follows: * Circulating Supply: 6,000,000 tokens (60%) * CTRL Labs: 2,000,000 tokens (20%) * CTRL Foundation Treasury: 2,000,000 tokens (20%) 500,000 Tokens will be deployed in the CTRL/WETH Pair. The CTRL Token, with its dual staking options and tax distribution, is tailored to benefit its holders and support the sustainable growth of the platform. The CTRL Labs tokens are vested for one year and are allocated to rewarding the past, present and future contributors of the project. The vesting is linear and started at token inception.
