Ctrl+DAO started from a tight circle of internet friends. We are creators, builders, engineers, and believers of Web3. Decentralized apps and blockchain technology allow creators to capitalize on their creations more transparently than ever. As the system matures, new ways of building community emerge. Investors, collectors, creators, and artists get together to run this positive-feedback loop machine beyond borders. Decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) are not new to this space. While a handful of DAOs for collectors and investors have existed long ago, creators may still look for a suitable support system to their activities. Whether it be community support, technical, or financial - it will almost always be beneficial to back the creators where possible. Without oversaturating the space by creating a new venture, Ctrl+DAO exists to enrich the creator community in this vastly growing new world of Web3. Bear in mind that creators are not limited to just artists, as they may also be engineers, programmers, musicians, community managers, et cetera. The Ctrl+DAO community is accessible for everyone to read and observe, while holders of the token are granted access to write. This way, we are hoping to smoothly onboard new creators while keeping the noise level to minimal.Ctrl+DAO Keycap token.We opted to progressively roll out the Keycap token as the community matures. An initial amount of 32 tokens have been minted to our co-founders and distributed at each their own discretion. We know this might not be the most democratic way at first glance, but we believe it is important to carefully and sustainably grow the community.Token contract: 0xDe4e5fFc4cd4C5582FC3735F96F153d59eEd2E11 Over time, every Keycap token holder will be airdropped extra tokens at no cost to be shared with their peers, or distributed in any way they see fit. With this doubling of token supply at every iteration, we can expect an exponential rate of growth and have the DAO naturally absorbing more individuals into the organization.We are excited to meet new and old friends in this community, and can’t wait to build amazing things together.
