有钱就会有借贷， 有借贷就会有信贷扩张， 信贷扩张就会导致一些资产升值， 资产升值就会吸引投机者， 投机者入场会加速资产升值， 此时，没有用杠杆的人看上去像傻*， 更多人加杠杆入场， 更多人重复抵押套出的更多的资金追逐新的泡沫 形成正反馈循环
