Greek architecture also introduced the concept of the amphitheater, with the Theater of Epidaurus being a prime example. Its design, with tiered seating and excellent acoustics, has influenced the construction of theaters throughout history.  The influence of Greek architecture is evident in numerous neoclassical buildings around the world, from government edifices to cultural institutions, demonstrating the enduring legacy of ancient Greek principles of design and proportion.
