Foresight News 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，黑山中央银行宣布就以中央银行数字货币或稳定币的形式制定黑山数字货币的战略和试点计划，与 Ripple 签署协议。RippleX 负责央行业务和 CBDC 的副总裁 James Wallis 表示，更多细节将在今年晚些时候公布，该项目将经历几个阶段，包括确定数字货币或国家稳定币的实际应用。
