# Hop Protocol Interactive Tutorial

**Project Description** Hop Protocol is a cross-chain liquidity application for easily sending ETH and ERC-20 tokens between blockchains, effectively improving efficiency and saving time, and currently supports bridging assets between Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and Gnosis.

**Preparation.**

1.MetaMask small fox wallet

2.Configure Polygon and Gnosis networks \*These two networks have relatively low fees to reduce interaction costs

Have not yet configured these two networks, first to the configuration, the following chart Chainlist address: [https://chainlist.org](https://chainlist.org)

3.Transfer some MATIC tokens to the Polygon network

**Interaction** 1.Switch the small fox wallet to Polygon network

2.Enter the official website: [https://app.hop.exchange](https://app.hop.exchange) , link the wallet

3.Change the MATIC to hMATIC, as shown in the picture, to operate

Don't change all the MATIC in the wallet, leave a little for GAS fee

Polygon's network has been slow lately, and the Gas fee can be raised appropriately, as follows.
