# D3pfp

The _D3conomist-NFT_ (_D3nft_) has been designed around magazine covers, inspired by its forefather publication ‘_The Economist_’. We do, however, plan to bring a more personal touch to our _pfp_ collection. To achieve this, we will be working with our holders to launch the _D3pfp_ (_Profile-Picture-NFT_).

Immediately after the _D3nft_ mint, holders will be invited to collaborate with our creative director, to come up with a _Profile-Picture_ (_pfp_) for the community as a whole. This process will involve workshops delivered by our team, community chats where ideas can be exchanged, as well as a voting system to decide on the final design.

We want the _D3pfp_ to truly embody our community, and for its journey to encompass the full capabilities of _NFTs_. This way the community will feel a true sense of ownership and be part of the evolving story of _NFTs_.

Since we put a lot of emphasis on utility of _NFTs_ here at _D3conomist_, we will be giving the _D3pfp_ a new special kind of utility, which we will announce during the production phase. It will not however, give the same level of access to the core features that the _D3nft_ provides - the main differences being:

*   **Guaranteed access to _D3launchpad_**
    
*   **Free use of _D3generator_**
    
*   **Exclusive entrance to private chat with _D3mentors_ (on rotation - not all 2000 at once!)**
    
*   **100% of \[_net_\] _D3pfp_ mint revenue goes back to holders of _D3nft_ (in _ETH_ - no creator-fees)**
    
*   **0 fees for launching own projects (providing project gets approval from mentor-board)**

The community of _D3nft_ holders will play a key role in the curation & design of the look & feel of the _D3pfp_. For this reason, we will be honouring each and every _D3nft_ holder with a free _D3pfp_ mint.

The total supply of _D3pfp_’s will be a minimum of 5,000, sold for a minimum price of 0.1eth. 100% of net mint earnings will be equally distributed amongst _D3nft_ holders. This means _they_ could earn back the amount they spent on minting the _D3nft_ from the community sale of _D3pfp_’s alone.

All-in-all, this is a great opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge design process. One which not only stands to benefit holders financially in the short-run, but will also help to strengthen the image of the community, and the sense of belonging within it, over the long-run. This way, fellow _D3conomists_ are better positioned to succeed together and collectively reap what they have sewn.
