最基本的，证券期货从业资格证。考出来对金融市场有个基本认识。 最好考个金融方向的研究生。基本就能进了。不考研的话只能等机会。等你在行业里做出点成绩，可能会有机构挖你过去做分析，或者自己找机构过去做助理。
