ABOUT $DOS
----------

**$DOS** is the governance token of **EOSDAO**. EOS used to be an active community of more than 160,000 token holders in 2018. However due to BlockOne’s inaction and the monopoly of BPs, the EOS ecology has gradually deteriorated in recent years.

We hope the EOS genesis members to rebuild our community, use a new infrastructure that is more in line with market needs to build an ecosystem that supports EVM, and develop defi, nft, web3 and metaverse applications based on it.

In order to rebuild the community, we need to fall back to the genesis state when EOS was first launched. The genesis snapshot was made by [eosauthority](https://github.com/eosauthority/genesis/tree/master/snapshot-files/final/2)

$DOS Token Distribution
-----------------------

The $DOS contract is **0x16f78145ad0b9af58747e9a97ebd99175378bd3d**

There will be **1,000,000,000** $DOS tokens in total, the same amount as EOS genesis. The accounts whose token amounts are less than 1,000 or had not made a snapshot will be excluded from the airdrop.

10% of **$DOS** token will be allocated to the [**UNI\_LP**](https://app.uniswap.org/#/add/v2/ETH/0xC2acf7540F76a3cb389513B7128eB1E4d0d72391) Stakers in 7 days after project launch. Distribute the tokens which should belongs to BlockOne back to the people

DEVS
----

2.5% of **$DOS** token will be allocated to the dev team to cover the gas cost and hard works, these tokens will be sent directly to the devs after project launch. 4M of them will be used to provide **$DOS** token's liquidity in Uniswap together with ETH.
