I am starting off with this newsletter to share my thoughts and reflections with my global family. It gives me purpose and meaning to be able to share with all what I am learning in my day-to-day life.I recently read an exchange between a Zen Student and a Zen MasterStudent: Help me, I feel discouraged. Master: Go and give someone encouragement.This struck a chord with me and here I am sharing my heart. This newsletter would mostly share insights in the form of either an article or a poem anywhere from once a week to multiple times a week. The intent is to create a community of like-minded individuals who are interested in knowing the self and on their journey of self-healing.If there is any specific feedback or request feel free to drop me a note and if there is anything that you feel is helpful to someone feel free to share.Feel free to check out my book on Amazon if you enjoy poems.
