# [Web Browser]How to send and use the decryption request

Access New Chat.

Select the message you want to decrypt. Click \[Request Decryption\] to send the decryption request.

There will be a notification after you sent decryption request successfully.

Once the decryption request is approved, you will receive a notification: ‘xxx has provided the decryption key for your request.’

Check the notification box and switch to \[Decryption Requests\]

Click \[Accept Decryption\] to use the decryption request.

You have successfully decrypted the messages.

You can choose to close the decryption request, and then it will no longer be displayed.
