# [Web Browser]How to send and use the decryption request

Access New Chat. Select the message you want to decrypt. Click [Request Decryption] to send the decryption request.There will be a notification after you sent decryption request successfully.Once the decryption request is approved, you will receive a notification: ‘xxx has provided the decryption key for your request.’Check the notification box and switch to [Decryption Requests]Click [Accept Decryption] to use the decryption request.You have successfully decrypted the messages.You can choose to close the decryption request, and then it will no longer be displayed.
