在信息时代，跨越了地域限制，互联网（特别是加密世界）就是一个离岸的免税的经济体，国家机器的权利会被削弱，税收、印钞等维持国家机器运行的财务功能也被削弱，对应的，国家、公司这样的组织也将进化成信息时代做需要的组织。
