There is currently a bounty for 10k $DEGEN (~$65) for somebody to add value to their community. You can find more about the bounty [here](https://poidh.xyz/degen/bounty/562), best selection will be picked on July 23rd at 10am PST. To date they have had 560 bounties created on the Degen L3 with nearly 300 completed.

His key points are: 1. reward people with skin in the game 2. much less farmable 3. tipping = best growth strategy 4. tipping quality improved 5. predictable emissions.
