# Quilibrium: Is it a good idea to run at least 10-15 nodes on Quil even now?

Author Disclaimer: Any and all views expressed below are my own alone. Do you think, it is a good idea to run at least 10-15 nodes on Quil even now? I want to go big into this project, but I have no idea about the rewards that we will earn. My answer to this question is "Yes, it's worth both my time and my costs". A few variations but the same question has been asked 100 times. Question: Some people are in the process of moving from one VPS provider to another server. It appears that for some who have been running several nodes for nearly 1.5 months now but have never gotten a single node above a 5,000+ frame synchronization. How will rewards work if none of the nodes have been properly synced? Worried that the nodes will be rewardless. Answer: The time spent in this is being constantly monitored, and will be used for retroactive rewards based on what the emissions should have been. Question: Will nodes that are not fully synced during these past months be considered as early provers?
