Please review the INO article hereWhat Are Demos Node NFTs?Demos Node NFTs are Solana-based digital assets that serve as your key to becoming the first validators on the Demos Network. When you set up your node, the NFT acts as your security stake enabling you to participate in our Proof of Representation consensus mechanism, and secure the network while earning rewards. Each node NFT is transferable for 40,000 DEM tokens at any point after TGE, however only these NFT’s have access to a superior set of validator rewards that make it a lucrative proposition to run a node and become the foundational layer of the Omniweb.Node Sale StructureTotal Available: 500 Node NFTsReserved: 100 NFTs for key community members, investors, moderators, administrators, and ambassadorsAvailable for Sale: 400 NFTsPurchase Limit: 3 per community member (after community phase all limits are removed)Price: $1,200 USD per NFT (payment channels TBC)Transferable Value: 40,000 DEM tokens per NFT post TGEExclusive Community Access PeriodFor the first two weeks, Node NFT purchases will be exclusively available to our most dedicated community members on a first come first serve basis (limited to 3 per member). This validation ensures our most committed community members get first access while demonstrating the power of our cross-context identity solution.Validator Rewards StructureStandard Network RevenueAs outlined in our Yellow Paper, Demos Network transaction revenue is split into 2 areas:Platform Transaction Fees: Flat fees charged across the network producing revenue for the Demos TreasuryRPC Fees: Set by the validator and wholly captured by the validator ownerThese rewards follow the standard economic mechanics detailed in our Yellow Paper.Special Node NFT Bootstrap RewardsUnderstanding that network adoption takes time, Demos has implemented a special 12-month bootstrap program exclusively for Node NFT holders. While Demos maintains a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens, we've allocated additional rewards to incentivize early validators during the critical network launch period. Bootstrap Reward Details:Duration: First 12 months post-TGE (Token Generation Event)Reward Rate: 50% DEM token rewards paid monthly at 4.16% per month based on starting token equivalent holding (1 Node NFT = 40,000 DEM)Eligibility: Validators must remain operational and maintain good citizenship standardsTotal Allocation: 1% of total token supply dedicated to these bootstrap rewardsThis bootstrap period begins after TGE, giving you the entire Beta phase to set up your validator and ensure it's running smoothly before rewards commence.Good Citizenship RequirementsValidators receiving bootstrap rewards must maintain "good citizen" status throughout the 12-month period. This includes:Maintaining consistent uptime and performance standardsFollowing network upgrade proceduresParticipating constructively in governance decisionsAvoiding malicious behavior or network attacksValidators who fail to meet these standards will be removed from the bootstrap reward program.Financial OverviewNode Sale Metrics:Total NFTs: 500Price per NFT: $1,200Exchange value: 40,000 DEM tokens per NFTFDV at time of NFT sale: $30mTotal allocation from node sale: 2% DEM token supplyBootstrap rewards allocation: 1% DEM token supplyNFT Transferability and Exchange OptionsNode NFTs are fully transferable, providing flexibility for participants:Third-Party SalesNFTs can be sold on secondary markets, with rewards transferring to the new holder upon ownership verification and node verification through the Demos Identity System.Direct Exchange ProgramAlternatively, NFT holders can exchange their NFT directly for 40,000 DEM tokens anytime after TGEReward Transfer MechanismOur Demos Identity System performs periodic monthly checks to verify NFT ownership. When ownership changes hands (NFT ownership transfer through sale), rewards automatically transfer to the new verified holder from the start of the next reward month.
