在 Web3.0 世界中，开发者是毫无疑问的稀缺资源，各生态应该共享资源而非让开发者选择开发社区。这也是 NEAR 选择兼容 EVM 的原因，NEAR 不希望开发者在以太坊和 NEAR 生态中做出选择，而是想让开发者能够在熟悉的开发环境中继续开发，并且能够让各种协议在不同系统中发挥并扩大其价值。同时，让已经经受过以太坊生态使用测试的应用可以无缝迁移至 NEAR，以免无谓的重复做功。
