Environmentalists refer to people who take environmentalism as their code of conduct or belief. Environmental protectionism is a social trend of thought based on the green movement in western countries in the early 1970s. Its core idea is: maintaining ecological balance, especially the original appearance of natural ecology, is the responsibility and need of mankind; Human environmental interests are higher than all other pursuits, such as political goals and economic benefits Take ecocentrism (instead of traditional anthropocentrism) as the highest criterion of natural ethics.
