2022年2月16日，新浪科技发布消息称，小米创始团队成员、12号员工、原小米技术委员会副主席兼秘书长李伟星已离开小米。据了解，李伟星是小米早期MIUI系统开发的核心技术成员，后来升任MIUI副总裁，其相对正式的走向前台是在小米上市后的首次架构调整中。关于李伟星，最为津津乐道的是，2010年4月6日小米公司成立当天，李伟星是与雷军一起喝小米粥的13人中的一员。 事实上，这并不是雷军第一次痛失猛将。2022年1月28日，小米发布内部文件宣布，原集团副总裁、小米手机产品部总经理常程离职。常程离职后，手机部总裁曾学忠兼任小米手机产品部总经理。
