A developer contributing critical code is as valuable as a builder joining a venture. A community builder who brings 100 aligned people is as important as someone participating in the TGE. The Forge needs all five. Let me explain each one.Path 1: Builder (Join a Genesis Venture)Who this is for: People who want to join one of the seven Genesis ventures as a core team member. This isn't about pitching your own startup idea. Each founding team reviews their own applications. Step 4: Assessment (March / April 2026) No traditional interviews. Instead, you'll go through our proprietary assessment platform—designed to evaluate candidate-role fitness based on skills, alignment, and potential contribution. The platform matches you with ventures and roles where you'll have the highest impact.
