One thing I learned today:

I can do a Murph. If you dont know what a Murph is it’s:

1 Mile

100 push-ups

200 pull-ups

300 air squats

1 mile.

I completed this variation in ~ 50 minutes

1 mile

100 pull-ups

200 bench press reps @ 95 lbs

300 air squats

1 mile

Was one of my favorite workouts in recent memory. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Affirmations:

I will run the 2024 NYC marathon under 4:00:00 and exceed my fundraising goal

I will grow my blog by 10% every month by using web3 marketing tools
