The education system isn't fit for purpose. How can people be churned through close to 20 years of 'education', which is extremely costly even if public to the taxpayer, plus university tuition fees that constantly rise while providing increasingly inflated pieces of paper, yet many fail to do entry level jobs much better than AI these days? Further, some find no employment. Others receive minimum wage or close.

What would happen if we didn't all start at the same age, go at the same pace? What if we identified areas of talent early, and really honed in and polished them, like Mozart or Picasso did? What if we taught outdoors? What if we stopped learning about dinosaurs being vegetarians, and learned something even remotely useful and applicable in the real world, like how interest rates work, the process for setting up a company or applying for a mortgage? What if we studied the life stories of the most successful entrepreneurs? Why are we so obsessed with giving kids sweets?

But we won't, and you know why.
