# elxETH Update

By [Elixir Network](https://paragraph.com/@elixir-network) · 2025-09-25

---

In the next week or two, the Elixir website will no longer host deUSD conversions for previous elxETH depositors, as stated in our terms.

Deposits have now been closed for roughly 2 years. While the protocol plans to maintain ETH withdrawal flows in the frontend for the next couple months, afterwards both deUSD (for committed conversions) or ETH (for uncommitted depositors) will be claimable directly via smart contract call - the same process Elixir frontend previously executed on your behalf when you clicked ‘withdraw.’

elxETH conversions to deUSD will be completed at the users’ original conversion commitment price in the coming weeks, and users will be able to withdraw deUSD. If you’ve committed to converting to deUSD but haven’t completed the process, please do so now.

For those who haven’t committed to deUSD, in the future they can go to: [https://etherscan.io/address/0x4265f5d6c0cf127d733eefa16d66d0df4b650d53](https://etherscan.io/address/0x4265f5d6c0cf127d733eefa16d66d0df4b650d53)

1. Go to Read Functions

2. Call unusedBalance with your address to check how much you can withdraw

3. Copy the value from unusedBalance

4. Go to Write Functions

5. Connect wallet

6. Call withdrawEth with any amount lower than unusedBalance you copied in step 3 (use full amount for max withdrawal)
