# 外媒指 Ubisoft 考慮出售公司    彭博：兩間美國投資公司

繼 Activision Blizzard 動視暴雪早前被 Microsoft 微軟收購之後，市場預期會有一單更大的遊戲公司收購案，而下一個被收購的目標，將會是歐洲最大遊戲開發商之一的 Ubisoft 根據 Bloomberg 報道，有兩間美國私人投資公司包括黑石集團(Blackstone Inc.) 與科爾伯格-克拉維斯-羅伯茨集團 (Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, KKR)，已經同 Ubisoft 取得聯繫，有意收購這間全歐洲最大遊戲開發公司之一。 但消息指 Ubisoft 的收購案只屬於最初構想階段，現時並未有任何實際洽談的動作，現階段也未清楚 Ubisoft 的各大股東是否會同意這單交易。 外國媒體《Kotaku》報道指，Ubisoft 早前曾經找外部諮詢機構，審查公司旗下業務。 就消息傳出，Ubisoft 發表聲明指他們目前不對任何猜測發表評論，指他們目前已充份能在快速演變的競爭中佔有最佳一席位。
