# zip code nimby

so zip code NIMBY and property value seem to be a literal thing, I am not sure why every one does not rent and or there are not affordable housing renting units only, or sro's. they don't need to look modern, and have the fake plastic windows. where did this template come from? who is making these like golf town country apartments. I mean this is 2 weeks of your income, if you are making under 16k a year your just not going to make it. I can not understand why our governor isn't enforcing policy that will help deter nimbyism. i mean you go to jail and you have food and shelter fundamentally yes?, so.......................................................................................................please help me understand my fellow Americans let us bite the recession bullet and build. ignoring this, and being like well someone will make these affordable housing units. stop. I don't know, I don't think people just be making affordable housing. I think you have to incentive full housing. things will drop a bit, things will be new, however we will make it. and we will say that we have affordable housing and people don't need to commit a crime or sleep in the woods to avoid the problem which is for the poor and working poor. I'm not sure if you are wealthy or what, but these problems don't go away. abundance, regulation, corp greed, these things don't go away. so safety is #1 so lets teach safety gun safety. oh yeah its not incentivized. gun training, "free" partnering with local gun stores and ranges. there will be another that comes and says the same thing. its nothing new. but I get we are all busy but if its your job to do these things or some team then I say this is good. we like the green paper stuff to much, like good and services wayyyyy to much. it ought to not be our only function here. to eat, buy, shit and leave and be like "oh well fuck that guy" and dip into oblivion for all of time to never return to be gone forever. what a circus this all is. we can fix. we must draw back though, admit the foolishness. admit the greed, admit declassify, make our country the safest best country in the world. a leader for democracy and change. not some fake ideal obama and even rep Johnson speak of, and all the former congressional member, things are not clean. they can be. its like after COVID we never re built truly. we just said we were going to build back better or make America great again again but we are not. we are making it worse, we are laying off people. the public has no loop with its people. a job is a reality and someones whole life. it is time we cut back and re evaluated what we were doing here in this place. I hope we can do that as a county, and a state, as a country, we are our only hope.
