Our first cohort of Brigadiers has been selected today! We received a tremendous amount of applications, all equally interesting. We selected 20 individuals for the first cohort, and we were very selective in our choices. Now, let's delve into the methodology behind our selection process and the specific criteria we employed. Our Brigadiers serve as the pillars of our community, each contributing their unique talents and expertise. Our aim was to curate a diverse cohort of individuals who embody the qualities necessary for their respective roles. For influencers/KoLs, we used the following criteria:Number of followersEngagement levelContent qualityContent typeFor moderators:Responsiveness and quality of interactionsDepth of knowledgeTimezone availability and language proficiencyFor builders:Team dynamicsPast achievementsProposed projectsOur shortlisted candidates encompass builders, influencers, and moderators, each poised to make meaningful contributions to our community. Moving forward, each segment of our cohort will have distinct responsibilities:Influencers: Spearheading educational initiatives, raising community awareness, and expanding our reach beyond the Cosmos ecosystem.Moderators: Providing guidance on Discord and Telegram, identifying and addressing issues, and gathering valuable feedback.Builders: Developing tools on our chain to enhance user experiences and drive innovation within our ecosystem.Our goal is to gradually expand our cohort in the coming weeks and months, ultimately reaching a maximum of 300 individuals.
