Three new developers have recently joined us, and we are looking for new talent to complete our team. * * * New Upgrade: ------------ We have undertaken a code refactoring and implemented important new features. **See the short video below :** [![]({{DOMAIN}}/editor/youtube/play.png)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5PcauEtoC8) ### **Technical Improvements:** * **Masterchef**: A reward distribution module based on blocks rather than epochs. This reduces the impact of epoch calculations, which previously caused a downtime every 4 hours. Thanks to Masterchef, the chain will be more efficient and faster, distributing rewards continuously throughout the day. * **E-Staking**: This allows reward distribution similar to Elys staking for Eden and Eden-boost with the help of two validators dedicated to reward distribution without participating in consensus. This is a very innovative approach. * **Rewards are now displayed on each Liquidity position** row as part of the Liquidity Positions table. * **Rewards can be claimed from every individual liquidity position row as part of the Liquidity Positions table.** * **“54 years to unstake” visual bug was resolved.** * **Daily downtime issue caused by the epoch was resolved**, no more daily downtimes. * **Elys staking issue** where sometimes it would just display `---` for some users **was resolved.** ### **New Implementations Based on Your Feedback to Improve our UI:** * **Input fields are colored blue** for better visibility. * **Added a pencil icon to indicate that you can edit Limit Sell, Limit Buy, or Stop Loss orders**, making it easier to modify your orders. * **New dropdown button** for easier navigation and selection. * Added a **High Weight Breaking Fee alert** for the user. * Added a **High Price Impact Alert** for the user. * Added **tooltips to explain the Weight Recovery Fee and Breaking Fee.** * Removed the **‘Fee Discount’ and highlighted savings on the amount**. * * * What's in the Pipeline: ----------------------- * **Leverage LP and PerpDex**: Now that the chain will be much more stable without downtime every 4 hours, we can implement these new features without any issues. It was crucial to have a chain that could support these features without interruptions, which is why we developed this update before launching the new features. * **New Partnership**: We are working with new ecosystem players to introduce **BTC for both staking and native trading on Elys**. You'll soon have the opportunity to learn more about it. * **Consensus and Our Side Event**: In the coming days, we will unveil our side event planned for Consensus, where we are co-hosting with renowned projects.
