As you guys know, I’m currently hiring. It has been a very interesting and time-consuming process. I have some weird and wonderful (and also insightful) experiences that I will share with you at a later date. This means that naturally, I haven’t been able to dedicate as much time to product and fundraising. Nonetheless, let’s dive straight in…

**What happened this week? (Product, Fundraising and Hiring)**

*   26 first-stage interviews concluded → 11 invites sent off for 2nd round.
    
*   Received timelines for MVP development.
    
*   Had another sit-down with my bestie (sorry Damian) David about getting Prism investor ready.
    
*   Briefed my squad about my progress and asks in our fortnightly update.
    

**What’s next?**

*   Continuing with the process to get investor ready.
    
*   The start of third round of interviews.
    
*   Appearing on web3 podcast NFTScoop.
    
*   Sessions with product team.
