Cheers to the contributoooors! As with any new venture you want to create buy-in from peeps that’ll become your superfans. Investors, advisors, users, team members and anyone else who gives a shit about what you’re building. This week I have had inbound from people who are curious about what I am building at the Factory and have had some meaningful calls. Let’s dive right in…

**What happened this week? (Product, Fundraising and Hiring)**

*   9 second-round interviews were held.
    
*   Identified individuals and organisations that I’d love to partner with.
    
*   Recorded a podcast episode [The Triple Scoop](https://triplescoop.beehiiv.com/).
    
*   Verbally agreed to let a contributor join our team with a focus on product and growth.
    
*   Talked SVB and philosophy with David.
    

**What’s next?**

*   Continuing with the process to get investor ready.
    
*   Green lighting dev work.
    
*   Creating onboarding resources for future team members.
    
*   Prepping operations for the final stage of interviews.
    
*   Working from the office. yay.
