# Iceland

Late Entry: Have not worked out how to be on this journey without being in 100% vacation mode. Meaning, all our energy has been on planning, sightseeing, and keeping pace to see and do as much as possible. All of which I have no regret, however, making entries to this site has fallen behind.

Before each country we are all committed to doing some basic research. We have left parameters wide and information can be general about the country or more specific to the areas we will spend time. We hope to share some of our pre and post country visit learning.

Oliver went deep on Viking history and Norse culture before Iceland. His creative energy was alive with crafting words in Norse Runes and plans for exploration, maybe battle. He has a true interest in tracking the development of weaponry through time.
