The partner DAO’s/ contribution groups alike (that can directly benefit the project in infrastructure networks for product market fit).

Below we document our partner DAO entry eligibility rules. No more rounds will be conducted from now onwards. Our partner DAO round is solely for onboarding & value processes.

**_Bonus terms_**

All of our Escrow user acquisition bootstrap presale will be strategically & privately allocated to select communities. The below are our bootstrap presale terms for DAO’s. Or the bonuses for being a partner DAO

*   20% bonus (on DAO contributions). 45% TGE/ 55% vest over 7 days
    
*   20% of the protocol revenues generated directly by DAO intro’s are deposited directly to the DAO

**_Eligibility criteria_**

For an allocation into our partner DAO round - contribution groups must meet the following criteria

*   2 warm project intro’s. The $ESCROW team will offer (to the project):
    
    *   For fee-less OTC transactions (on [helloescrow.com](https://helloescrow.com))
        
    *   Audit provision (paid for by the Escrow treasury)
        
    *   Liquidity provision up to 10 ETH (collected through Escrow protocol revenues)
        
*   Discord/ Twitter or Telegram AMA with the DAO/ contribution group itself
    
    **_Each accepted Investor group will be granted a unique passcode to contribute via dApp_**
