币安vsia卡：可以通过支付宝直接进行国内消费，使用币安账户内资金。1.切换语言为英文2.进行高级认证，并使用欧盟国家地址点击进行高级认证，如想得到实体卡需填写真实地址，其它随便填即可以上国家除德国外均可通过3.选择Finance→Binance Card4.直接Register Interest，选择认证时填写的国家即可5.申请成功后点击Show Details查看卡片信息（可以直接去挂支付宝了），Payment Priority可以选择扣款代币顺序。6.刷卡返利
