The oil is ready when a small piece of bread sizzles upon contact.Working in batches, add the shrimp to the hot oil and fry, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.Using a slotted spoon, remove the shrimp from the oil and drain on paper towels.Serve the shrimp warm with your favorite dipping sauce.Enjoy!
