### Our Mission

We come together to bring extra value to [Koala Intelligence Agency NFT Project](https://koalaintelligence.agency/) and its [Community](https://discord.gg/koala-agency).

We launch Eucalyptus DAO, a decentralized autonomous organization run by [Koala Intelligence Agency NFT](https://koalaintelligence.agency/) holders.

$EUCA is ERC-20 token for Eucalyptus DAO and our ecosystem.

Eucalyptus DAO

### Purpose

To setup a decentralized governance system for [Koala Intelligence Agency NFT](https://koalaintelligence.agency/) holders.

To create a positive long-lasting impact in the world through support of charities by the DAO and our [Community](https://discord.gg/koala-agency).

To support the development and implementation of $EUCA tokenomics and utility for the token.

### Governance

**Proposals:** To submit a proposal a holder is required to own at least 1 Koala Agent NFT, 1 Collector’s Crate, and 1 Hidden Crate for at least 13 consecutive days directly prior to the submission.

**Voting:** To vote on a proposal a holder is required to own at least 1 Koala Agent NFT for at least 13 consecutive days directly prior to voting.

### Perpetual Charity

Partner with 10 charities

Set up charity accounts for collection of donations by the DAO.

5% of weekly $EUCA collections by the DAO to be deposited to each charity account.

Monthly donations of $EUCA to Partner Charities.

### Purpose

To incentivize continued holding of [Koala Intelligence Agency NFTs](https://koalaintelligence.agency/): Agents, Collector’s Crates, and Hidden Crates.

55% Reserved for Eucalyptus DAO Treasury available immediately

30% airdropped to **XXXX eligible wallets**, rewarding holding of [Koala Intelligence Agency NFTs](https://koalaintelligence.agency/) based on a snapshot ending at block XXXXXXXXX (XXXXXXXXXX, 2022).

15% Reserved for 4 core contributors and other smaller contributors with the following vesting schedule:

*   80% Vesting linearly in a Timelock Contract over 6 months
    
*   20% available immediately
    

### Initial $EUCA Token Airdrop

Holders of Agents, Collector’s Crates, and Hidden Crates can claim their initial $EUCA tokens on our website \[here\].

*   1,000 $EUCA per Day of ownership of each K.I.A. Agent NFT
    
*   13 $EUCA per Day of ownership of each K.I.A. Collector’s Crate NFT
    
*   40 $EUCA per Day of ownership of each K.I.A. Hidden Crates NFT
    

### $EUCA Tokenomics

Holders of Agents, Collector’s Crates, and Hidden Crates will be airdropped $EUCA tokens on weekly basis on Walla Wednesdays for continuing to hold the NFTs:

*   7,000 $EUCA per Week of ownership of each K.I.A. Agent NFT
    
*   91 $EUCA per Week of ownership of each K.I.A. Collector’s Crate NFT
    
*   280 $EUCA per Day of ownership of each K.I.A. Hidden Crates NFT
    

_To qualify for the airdrops you must hold the NFT for a minimum of 7 days from any Walla Wednesday; that means Tuesday is the last day to purchase an NFT for the Walla Wednesday airdrop 8 days later._

Every 365 days the amount of $EUCA airdrop will be cut in half.

$EUCA Utility

### Eucalyptus Forest Marketplace

A marketplace for [Koala Intelligence Agency NFT](https://koalaintelligence.agency/) holders to sell their goods and services, both digital and in real life items.

All listings will be priced is $EUCA.

5% fee will be charged on every sale and deposited to the Eucalyptus DAO fund.

### $EUCA Pools and Staking

$EUCA holders can setup Pools with any NFT project’s token, generating $EUCAxxxx Investment Tokens.

Staking $EUCAxxxx Investment Tokens will generate $EUCA and $xxxx tokens proportional to Pool allocation.

_Example:_ Setting up a Pool for $EUCA and Axie Infinity’s $AXS will generate $EUCAaxs Investment Tokens that can be Staked to generate both $EUCA and $AXS.

### Additional $EUCA Utility

Using Eucalyptus DAO Snapshot page [Koala Intelligence Agency NFT](https://koalaintelligence.agency/) holders can propose and vote on initiatives that will expand on $EUCA utility.
