# Cold Summer Soup

My first homemade cold beetroot in my life. It turned out not bad at all 🤗 I cooked the beetroot broth late in the evening, by morning it cooled down on the balcony and was placed in the refrigerator. I cooked the rest of the ingredients in the morning and before dinner I made greens 😊
