This month, we're spotlighting: - New Gaia Updates - Social Media Recognition - Content Highlight on the recent Gaia Living Knowledge hackathon From project updates to community events, we're bringing you the latest in our dynamic ecosystem.Gaia Introduces New Domain Name ServiceScreenshot of Gaia Domain Name homepage.Gaia has launched the Gaia Domain Name (GDN) service. Announced back in late September, the newly built system aims to connect Web2 and Web3 functionalities, providing users with a unique identity within the Gaia network for accessing AI-driven services. The GDN service offers the following:Identifiers for AI services within the networkConnection with Gaia node clustersStaking reward mechanismsIntegration with Web3 walletsCompatibility between Web2 and Web3 systemsTo facilitate adoption, Gaia has developed the Gaia Domain Pack, which includes a domain name and initial staking chips. This package is designed to help users set up and run a Gaia domain node. The service is part of Gaia's broader mission to create a decentralized AI network that integrates data, knowledge, and computational resources. However, we had a concern: we do not want the eigenda.wtf/ideas page to be filled with inappropriate text. So… whit ☕️ @cryptomachia This is excellent product marketing from the @eigen_da team. Not only does it show off the product's capabilities (ie, "All chains fit on EigenDA"), it also engages visitors by letting them inscribe their ideas within blobs. Over the course of August and September, the hackathon's mission was to foster innovation around knowledge sharing and collective intelligence in decentralized systems hosted by the Gaia platform. Over 700+ participants, ranging from developers to AI and web3 enthusiasts, came together to collaborate on innovative solutions aligned with Gaia’s goal of building scalable AI infrastructure that can enhance digital collaboration across industries.
