**With popularity growing in the web3 gaming sector, a need appeared for a remake of Defi Kingdom with the new 404 standard.**

ExoKingdom is built on ERC404, an innovative protocol designed for the Ethereum blockchain. This protocol merges the features of ERC-20 and ERC721, enabling both fungibility and uniqueness within a single asset and facilitating native liquidity and fractionalization for NFTs.

**What is ExoKingdom?**
-----------------------

ExoKingdom is a decentralized, play-to-earn game built on a strong DeFi protocol with plans to become a fully-fledged MMORPG in later phases of the Roadmap. The game features liquidity pool opportunities and a market of rare and utility-driven NFTs, which all together create a beautiful, immersive online world in the incredibly nostalgic form of fantasy pixel art.

Why couldn't we do daily quests and collect rare NFTs that actually augment and impact the rewards and returns? Once we decided it needed to be built, we jumped headfirst into production, and ExoKingdom was born!

**Exo Standard on 404**
-----------------------

**Exosystem**: Creating NFTs with ExoKingdom: You need exactly 1 Astro token to create your own NFT. Owning less than a full token means you have a part of an Astro token, but you won't own an NFT. What Happens When You Transfer NFTs: If you decide to transfer your NFT to someone else, the NFT doesn't change at all; it just gets a new owner, and you've lost all your levels

**Exoplace**: You can buy or sell Astro tokens in the Marketplace area. For the first periodic quest, you'll need to go to the Fuel area.

**Periodic Quests:** The primary focus of Astro is to go talk to Ctrl in the Fuel area every 12 hours.

**NFT Rarity and Variety**: Introducing rarity levels adds depth and strategy to Astro collection and trading. Buy/Mint -> You get an NFT level 1. To upgrade it, you have to perform quests; if the NFT is sold, the level is not kept because it will be burned, and a new NFT level 1 will be minted. This can encourage players to seek specific NFTs and participate in games to evolve in high-rarity NFTs, thus increasing engagement and the game's lifespan.
