Judgment is the brain's attempt to attach some meaning to our life experiences. At the same time, the meaning you attach to it reshapes you, which in turn affects the events you experience, the circumstances you find yourself in, and your relationships. In other words, what you see in the outside world is an exact copy of what you see in yourself. If you see yourself as a poor victim, you see potential abusers everywhere. As a result, you will manifest more victimization in your life. You will experience the preciousness and loveliness of yourself when you feel that this weak image is not a true reflection of yourself. As your perception shifts, your world must adjust to match your new definition of yourself. As a result, this new self-definition will bring more generous, kind, good people into your life and give you more abundance. In short, you are the master of the creation of your own life, regardless of whether your work seems successful or not. This creative process is largely unconscious and therefore difficult to manipulate. You can't fully understand and reach your potential unless you consciously create meaning for all of your life experiences.

For example, many people want to know why they missed their train, forgot to pay their phone bill or sprained their foot when they were trying to leave home to meet friends. Some people respond to these situations by making derogatory comments such as "I'm having a bad day", "I'm careless", "I'm stupid", while others give different explanations for the same thing. They say, "There must be some (good) reason why I missed my train, why I couldn't talk for a few days, why I couldn't see my friends." In fact, both of these answers are made up by ourselves, and neither of them reflects the true meaning of the event. The event itself is meaningless. These meanings are merely our subjective projections, not objective or independent truths. Everything that happens in your life, only you can give meaning to it, and that's where your power lies. You are free to use this power, to choose or determine the way events happen. All the meanings are up to you.
