We're launching the Fintech Performance Index, a public ranking of how well emerging market fintech apps perform on the things that actually matter — signup, KYC, funding, and transfers — based on real user experiences.
We need 20 verified users per app to seed the data. This week we're testing Chipper Cash and LemFi.
The task:
For each app you complete, you'll:
Sign up for the app (or open it if you already have an account but haven't used it in the last 30 days)
Complete KYC if needed
Fund the account with any amount you're comfortable with — even $1 USD equivalent works
Open the transfer flow and reach the final confirmation screen (you don't have to actually send the money)
Record your screen through all the above steps using your phone's screen recorder, then submit your recording here.
Vote on FOLIO polls about your experience to win points redeemable for additional rewards!
What we do with your recording:
We use your screen recording to run automated behavioral analysis — measuring things like button-tap sequences and time between actions — so we can identify common friction patterns across all 20 users. The analysis is shared with the app being tested. We will only share raw recordings with the app's product teams.
Payment:
$8 per app, paid to your FOLIO wallet or to your email via Paypal within 5 business days of verified completion. Complete both apps this week and earn $16.
Time:
About 30 minutes per app.
Spots:
Only the first 20 verified completions per app get paid. We'll close the task once we hit 20 each.

Once submitted, we will send links to your FOLIO-registered emails of FOLIO polls to vote and share your experience, you must complete this final step to be eligible for the $16 reward.
Once all steps are completed. We'll verify and pay within 5 business days.
