# 美国将举行稳定币听证会，ETC 拟激活 Mystique 硬分叉 | 本周前瞻

美国众议院金融服务委员会将于 2 月 8 日（周二）ET 时间 10:00 （北京时间 23:00）就数字资产和稳定币问题[举行听证会](https://financialservices.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=409023)，主题为「数字资产和金融的未来：总统金融市场工作组关于稳定币的报告」。USDC 发行商 Circle 高管 Jeremy Allaire、FTX 创始人 Sam Bankman-Fried（SBF）等参与此次听证会。2021 年 11 月，美国总统金融市场工作组发布关于美元稳定币的审查报告，该报告敦促国会将稳定币的发行权力限制在有保险承保的存款机构或银行。此外，金融稳定监督委员会将稳定币指定为系统性风险，这意味着如果国会不采取行动，金融稳定监督委员会（FSOC）可以利用紧急监管权力。此外，美国参议院银行委员会已安排在 2 月 15 日举行同主题听证会。

ETC 将于区块高度 14,525,000（预计 2 月 13 日）[激活 Mystique 硬分叉](https://medium.com/etccooperative/mystique-hard-fork-is-coming-february-13th-2022-54dbea76089f)，该分叉是一个例行的协议升级。Mystique 硬分叉主要包括以太坊伦敦升级的一部分 EIP 内容，将包括 EIP-3529 和 EIP-3541，但不包括 EIP-1559（燃烧费用）、EIP-3554（难度炸弹推迟）和 EIP-3198，ETC 已经完全移除了难度炸弹。
