# NFT 市场 X2Y2 进行 ILO，波卡将启动第 10 次平行链插槽拍卖 | 本周前瞻

今日（2 月 14 日），NFT 交易市场 X2Y2 开启 ILO（[公开流动性预售](https://mirror.xyz/foresightnews.eth/GTiqJOFm9pluG7f9dDxjL1hb2FfRVbmxjpKMtWfONmY)），X2Y2 会对 1000 名 Beta 版交易用户和社区用户（抽奖方式）开放白名单，将 1500 万枚 X2Y2（总供应量的 1.5%）分成 1000 份售出，每份售价 1.5 ETH，这部分代币在 360 天内按区块线性解锁。售出所得的 1500 枚 ETH 会和另外 1000 万枚 X2Y2 投入 Uniswap 提供流动性，而组成的 LP 代币会在 2 月 15 日销毁。此外，白名单用户还可申领一个 X2Y2 创世 NFT。

NFT基础设施服务商 Project Galaxy 将于北京时间 2 月 18 日（周五）2:00 在 [CoinList 上公开发售](https://twitter.com/ProjectGalaxyHQ/status/1491896012889227272) 1000 万枚 GAL 代币，（总供应量的 5%），单个代币售价 1.5 美元，这部分代币从 2022 年 4 月 14 日前后开始分 12 个月逐周线性释放。GAL 总供应量为 2 亿枚，其中 6% 将分配给生态系统，2% 用作早期采用者奖励，15% 分配给团队。GAL 代币将充当治理代币，激励用户参与，也是 Project Galaxy 生态系统的主要支付代币。Project Galaxy 已于北京时间 2022 年 2 月 8 日 16:00 为以下 NFT 系列进行了快照，会将这些 NFT 持有者地址加入到 CoinList 公开发售的优先队列（CoinList Priority Queue）中，符合资格的 NFT 系列包括 Galaxy Brain、Galaxy Meta Cowboy NFT Series、Galaxy Girl and Reindeer NFT、Shadowy Coder NFT Series、Galaxy End of the Year AMA、Galaxy AMA #2、CoinList FiaWorks 3000 NFT、CoinList FiaWorks 222 NFT。

波卡将于 2 月 18 日（周五） 3:00 点[开启第 10 次平行链插槽拍卖](https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/xtyO5nnL2SiuuG_yFruqzg)，目前在所有活跃的 Crowdloan 活动中，Interlay 收集的 DOT 最多，排在后面的还有 Equilibrium、Nodle、Litentry、Phala 和 Darwinia。第二批 Auction 的所有 6 个获胜者都将在 2022 年 3 月 11 日接入 Polkadot 中继链并上线主网。

俄罗斯政府和俄罗斯央行[就加密货币流通制度达成一致](https://www.kommersant.ru/doc/5206307?from=top_main_10)，会在 2 月 18 日（周五）之前起草一份关于俄罗斯联邦数字货币流通的法律草案，其中加密货币将被视为货币类似物，而不是数字金融资产。新规很可能会在 2022 年下半年或从 2023 年开始生效其中一部分规定。这类货币只有通过银行系统或有执照的中介机构进行全面识别后才能在法律部门流通，对非法接受加密货币作为支付手段的行为也将处以罚款。
