**Concept:** When the moon is new and the sun is eclipsed, there's nowhere to source light from but inside your own celestial body, birthing seasons of level up in this simulated reality we are blessed to breathe in.

This chapter changed the molecular structure of a pain that’s been hovering under my choices, silently taking and so slightly turning the wheel. Now I hold increased agency, and can meet my deepest social needs through a relationship with My Angel, while physically solitary. We communicate in the language of Self-Compassion.

(I can't find God in anyone or anything else, until + unless I find it in my own body first. Otherwise I'll just fear losing the outer other, always, and that's no way to live, in fear.)

**Process:** I improvised 5 songs this night - the first was on film, and the difference in my facial expression from start to finish KINDA blew my mind. Singing, freestyling, channeling - completely changed my disposition. I felt so much lighter. Grateful that I get to make music, especially for this reason. Emotional relief: a very high-value utility of channeling music.

For this dem0, I plunked some samples together (one pass #1), then pressed record (one pass #2). Tossed a lil mix on, and exported.

**Conclusion:** Having this on repeat made me feel empathized with during some of my most forlorn moments - and that empathy in turn made me feel far less alone. This is why I decided to share it with you. May it have a similar effect on your heart, when you need it most.
