# 前SEC官员：SEC很难在Ripple案件中胜诉

据Cointelegraph报道，前美国证券交易委员会（SEC）官员Joseph Hall认为，SEC还没有能力处理涉及加密货币作为证券的案件的诉讼，因此很难在针对Ripple的案件中胜诉。Hall认为，Ripple有一个强有力的辩护理由，即SEC未能就其调查给予公平通知。 此外，Hall表示：“美国证券交易委员会对这个案子有很大的影响，如果他们在案情上败诉，他们的整个监管项目基本上可能会被关闭。”
