Furrend Year 1: done. Thanks for joining our pawsome journey, we're truly grateful to have you on this adventure.

In 2023, we embarked on the Furrend journey, creating a unique space for pet lovers. From the excitement of our [official launch](https://medium.com/furrend/introducing-furrend-the-pawsome-video-sharing-app-for-pet-lovers-8270b98cff83) in May to welcoming our first testers and pet content creators, joining the Cronos Accelerator program, integrating Livepeer SDK, and debuting our [iOS beta app](https://twitter.com/hifurrend/status/1688961466177863680?s=20) in August – each step was a paw in the right direction. 

As of today, December 29, over 880 adorable animal videos have been shared on Furrend. Now, you can earn **Pawer** and collect video NFTs on Base and Cronos. Our recent charity event, [Paws for Furrends](https://paws-charity.furrend.xyz/), raised over $5k, with more than 450 people collecting video NFTs and donating to NGOs. We're thankful for your incredible support. 

We've got plenty in store for you in 2024 – Android beta, app improvements, enhanced editing tools, more Pawer-related features, and beyond. Stay tuned.
