FEB was a very eventful and big month, and it will be an even bigger MODULAR MONTH in MARCH. SEDA provides oracle data for any new rollup / chain, whereas some other oracles with larger market share do not, such as Chainlink. This means that, if Chainlink does not yet support new rollup X, new rollup X cannot become interoperable permissionlessly.
