Dear Mr Randy Simon, I have just received a complaint from a customer.

It appeared that he has been sent 100 green bicycles on 16th, November 2009,instead of 50 green and 50 blue bicycles as he had ordered. In order to solve this problem, I need the duplicate invoice of the delivery.
